1. Services & Project Scope
All renovation, remodeling, and interior design services are performed according to the approved project proposal, design plans, material selections, and written agreement. Any work requested outside the agreed scope will require review, approval, and may result in additional costs and revised completion schedules.
2. Design Approval
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all layouts, finishes, color palettes, fixtures, furniture selections, and design concepts before work begins. Once approved, changes may require additional labor, materials, and project revisions.
3. Project Scheduling
Estimated project timelines are provided for planning purposes only. Completion dates may be adjusted due to material availability, custom manufacturing, weather conditions, site accessibility, inspection requirements, or other unforeseen construction circumstances.
4. Payment Terms
A project deposit is required before scheduling work. Remaining payments are made according to agreed project milestones. Final payment becomes due upon substantial completion of the approved renovation or interior design work.
5. Change Orders
Any modifications requested after project approval, including layout revisions, upgraded materials, additional rooms, or new design features, must be documented through a written change order and may affect pricing, scheduling, and completion dates.
6. Materials & Product Availability
Specified products, finishes, furniture, lighting, flooring, cabinetry, and decorative items are subject to supplier availability. If selected items become unavailable, suitable alternatives with similar quality and appearance may be recommended for client approval.
7. Site Preparation & Access
Clients should ensure that designated work areas are reasonably accessible before construction begins. Personal belongings, fragile items, valuables, and decorative accessories should be removed from renovation areas to help maintain a safe working environment.
8. Property Protection
Reasonable care is taken to protect existing floors, furniture, walls, and surrounding spaces during construction. While protective coverings and safety measures are used, minor dust, noise, and temporary disruptions are considered a normal part of renovation projects.
9. Quality & Craftsmanship
All work is completed using accepted industry standards and professional craftsmanship. Natural variations in wood grain, stone patterns, paint textures, tiles, and other materials are considered normal characteristics and not manufacturing defects.
10. Warranty Coverage
Workmanship is covered for defects resulting from installation or construction performed by our team for the stated warranty period. Warranty coverage does not apply to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper maintenance, structural movement, moisture issues, or unauthorized repairs.
11. Photography & Portfolio Use
Completed renovation and interior design projects may be professionally photographed after completion for use in portfolios, marketing materials, social media, and promotional content. Personal information and private belongings will never be intentionally featured without permission.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By approving a proposal, paying a project deposit, or allowing renovation work to begin, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions and agree to cooperate throughout the design and construction process for successful project completion.
